Cancellation policy

Please read carefully the cancellation policy below, and please write the following phrase:
“I have read your cancellation policy and I accept it” on your following email. 

Once You receive my reply to Your request, You will be kindly asked for a 30% security deposit (“caparra confirmatoria”, in Italian) of totale value of my services,  which can be paid either by PayPal or by forwarding Your Credit Card details (only VISA or MC).
Security deposit payments by PayPal must be paid 15 days prior to date of first transport service, and credit cards accounts will be charged only 10 days prior to date of first transport service.
NO CHARGE will be due for cancellations of transport services, up until 11 days prior to date of first transport service.
Your PayPal payment will be reimbursed, if already received, and no charge will be forwarded on Your credit card.

Tour policy

In case of circumstances beyond our control, HILLS AND ROADS TEAM reserves the right to cancel or change any transport service without any penalty . Whenever possible, our team will inform You in advance should any changes be necessary, and in case of cancellation, keep you reimbursed on the service paid. Hills and Roads team does not assume any responsibility for additional expenses that client(s) may incur due to a cancelled transport service ( such as flight or train reservations, hotels, museum reservations, and other incidentals )
Travelers are responsible for themselves and their personal belongings and effects all along the tour with Hills and Roads. No refound will be claimed to Hills and Roads for injuries, damages or robberies of anykind, even from inside the vans.

Comments

How long we retain your data
