For a DEFINITE BOOKING, You should send me Your credit card details ( Only Visa or MC ) by e-mail or by phone by August 6, 2020.
After this date I will cancel the service in case of other requests .
After the receipt of Your CONFIRMATION e-mail with credit card details, 15 days prior to date of first tour ( that is September 12, 2020 ), we will charge Your credit card of the equivalent in dollars of 100 € with a mark up of 3 % on exchange rate as a security deposit ( caparra confirmatoria ) .
If You prefer not to use Your credit card, You have to confirm my services by email and then pay 100 € within September 20, 2018 by paypal . You have to send money from Your paypal account to info@hillsandroads.com
- For wine tastings and visit of the wine cellars in the wineries present in our list the cost is 10 – 25 € per person and per winery . The cost of the wineries will be considered in the total bill at the end of the tour
- If the cost of the wine tasting will be more than 25 € per person, this cost will be specified in the mail .
- For wine tastings and visit of the wine cellars in the wineries NOT present in our list the cost can be different ( normally higher )
- In the lunch with wine tasting and visit of the wine cellar in the wineries, the price for lunch includes everything
I give You here an example of a possible day
- 9.30 : Pick up at Your Hotel Villa Medici in Florence
- 11 – 12 : After driving by motorway and through Chianti Colli Senesi very scenic hills, visit of S Gimignano ( tickets for museums and monuments NOT included )
- 12.30 – 14.30 : After driving through Chianti Colli Senesi very scenic hills, Lunch with IGT wine tasting ( NOT included = 30 – 40 € per person : appetizers + pasta + vegetables + dessert + wines ) in a small winery and guided visit of the wine cellar
- 15.30 : After driving by motorway , back to Your Hotel in Florence
Given a minimum of 6 hours per tour, for sure the day can be longer. You decide when it’s time to be back to Your Hotel . I will charge You at the end of the tour according to the effective number of hours of the tour .
For a customised tour of 6 hours for 2 people, the total rate is 39 € x 6 hours + 26 € to pick you up in Florence = total rate of 244 € ( instead of 260 € , discounted 6 % for being a repeat client ) + cost of meals and wine tastings. Rate includes gas, van with air conditioning, driver in english or french or spanish or portuguese or italian, road taxes, taxes, meal for driver.
For payment : At the end of the service, by cash OR by credit card
- ( Only Visa or Mastercard ) . We apply an additional 3 % discount for payments made in CASH.
